Made to order, please allow 4 weeks for item to ship. Remember, made to ordermeans I am starting from scratch, each step and layer of epoxy takes hours to complete and then there is a final curing time before your item can ship. I guarantee that your item will ship within 4 weeks, however it will usually be sooner.
Final products are handwash only, not microwave safe and dropping could crack the epoxy resulting in a ruined cup. I cannot replace or repair cups for free that are damaged due to accidents or because of not following these care instructions, but I will always work with you to come to a fair repair price.
